Pac-12 South Invitational play will continue on Saturday afternoon as No. 14 Washington takes on No. 1 UCLA. The Huskies finished day one in Tempe with a 5-0 win over Utah and a 4-1 victory over No. 19 Arizona. Against the Wildcats, Zoey Henson and Lauren Wilcock got the first win after dropping the first set and pushing the match to a third set. Brooke Balue and Josie Ulrich took the second win after the Wildcats forced a third set, winning the second set 25-23. The team who secured the win for the Huskies was Piper Monk-Heidrich and Maggy Rabitsch who won in straight sets (21-13) after Kierstyn Barton and Natalie Martin fell in straight sets (21-18). The team will now look to pull off a huge upset before taking on No. 3 USC later today.

The Bruins split results on Friday, earning a 5-0 win over No. 10 Arizona State before falling 3-2 to No. 2 Stanford. Tessa Van Winkle and Jaden Whitmarsh earned a three-set win (18-21, 21-18, 15-11) while Ensley Alden and Natalie Myszkowki earned a straight set win in their match. Pairs Peri Brennan and Devon Newberry and Kenzie Brower and Jessie Smith pushed their matches to a third set, but ultimately lost which contributed to the team's fourth loss of the season. UCLA started Saturday off with a match against Oregon that was still in progress when this story went to press.
